2010 Wisconsin Bike Summit

Added Sun, Jan 24, 2010

The 2010 Wisconsin Bike Summit will be held April 21st and 22nd at the Madison Concourse Hotel. From the BfW...

Mark your calendar and plan to attend this year's Wisconsin Bike Summit! Last year our exciting Summit brought together over 450 bike enthusiasts from around the state. The 2009 Summit proved that when we join together our collective voice is strong and we are heard. We were able to accomplish the following important legislation in 2009 thanks to you and the strength of our Summit:

  • Statewide Complete Streets legislation
  • $5 million increase in state bicycle funding
  • Dooring legislation

For 2010, we're adding new educational workshops and creating a line-up of inspiring speakers to make this year's Summit an even greater opportunity to learn, network, and support Wisconsin bicycling. Please join us this year and together we will work to make Wisconsin the best place in the world to be on a bike!

If you don't have a trainer, some will be available. If you have neither a bike or a trainer (or don't want to haul them out of the attic), some stationary bikes will also be available.
